Documented process. No approximate tolerances.
Every production run at our MIDC facility is traceable from die tooling to packed batch. Verify capability before you commit to volume.

Heat. Form. Test. Pack.
01 — Induction Heating
Billets are induction-heated to 1200°C under controlled ramp rates. Temperature uniformity is logged per batch; no billet enters the die below specification.
02 — Die Forging
Closed-die pressing shapes each part to documented tolerances. Die sets are maintained on a fixed replacement schedule — worn tooling is pulled, not patched.
03 — In-Line Testing & Batch Pack
Finished parts are dimensionally checked in-line, counted, and tagged by batch number before packing. The spec sheet ships with every order.
